ATX Assurance®
Your investment in X-ray imaging will provide more benefits to your practice and patients if it is well maintained and is promptly repaired if it should be damaged or fail.
ATX have been supporting practitioners for over 20 years by attending to X-ray systems to ensure radiation regulatory compliance, the repair of breakdowns and re-calibration or adjustments as required.
This experience is offered to our valued clients to benefit by having the assurance that expertise is available and willing to assist when required. This assurance is re-enforced by an annual health check to reduce the chance of breakdown or malfunction and ensure it is operation within specification.
Summary of ATX Assurance®
X-Ray Systems
Customers with X-ray systems will be invited to apply for ATX Assurance®. Cover may be offered on the actual X-ray system, processors, CR systems, scanners, computer hardware and associated applications.
Services may include:
X-ray Machines
· Annual health check including: check and lubrication of High Voltage cables, check bearings for excessive noise or overheating, check and lubricate the tubestand and other mechanical components, beam alignment, calibration of manual and automatic exposure control systems.
· All parts and labour covered in the event of a breakdown.
· Over the phone support.
· Guaranteed response times – to ensure trouble reports are attended to within a timely manner.
· Access to critical spare parts to reduce down time.
· One software upgrade per year for the DR system and the viewing software.
Processors
· Health check every 6 months
· 12 month overhaul
· All parts and labour should the unit fail through normal use.
· Over the phone support.
· Guaranteed response times.
Computed Radiology Systems
· Plate clean every 12 months
· Diagnostic check every 6 months.
· All parts and labour to repair the system.
· One software upgrade per year for the CR system and the viewing software.
