Testimonials
Midson Rd Veterinary Clinic(NSW)

I am happy to recommend the iCR3600 CR setup ATX have supplied, it’s absolute magic, never had to repeat and x-ray since installing it and never had a dud one. The wall mounting takes minimal space, previously we could not have fitted a unit into the building with the limited space.

The CR is paying for itself: the time saving along makes it worthwhile.

The detail available in every x-ray, especially the soft tissue definition, is beyond what was previously possible. We can take an x-ray with confidence, knowing that a fast and easy interpretation is possible each and every time.

I would have no problems demonstrating the system to anyone wishing to visit my site.

I tried out a competitor CR unit that I was able to borrow for 3 weeks and was utterly impressed with this unit as it was the first CR I had ever used. A number of vets had a go with it and found it terrific. The only drawback we could see was it’s sheer size and the space that was needed for it to fit into our clinic.

The next unit I tried was an iCR3600 system supplied by ATX. This unit was very compact(reminding me of how large the original computer scanner was that I trialed from the competitor had been.

This unit the (iCR3600) sits on the wall taking up little space and weighs 1/6 the weight of the competitors unit that I trialled.

The x-ray images are at least as good as the competitor product and also much faster with easier unobtrusive loading of cassettes into the system. This is the unit I ended up purchasing along with 6 other practices for less than $40k. Not one of my colleagues in this purchase group have had any problems.

Jason our NSW sales rep has been outstanding helping me and other vets with the basic installation of the CR unit and backup protocols.

Service has been excellent for any breaking-in problems (how do you questions).

Pregnant bitches’ pup counts were in my opinion were not as good as film. This has now been rectified with a tweak to the program.

Believe me the sales reps are right about Crs and Drs, you take far more pictures because they are so fast and diagnostic and you don’t buy chemicals. I have taken some emergency x-ray during a consultation and it takes less than 5 minutes yet they come out perfect! Gone are the days of taking and retaking x-rays if you had troubles with your chemicals etc. Clients also like taking home their images on a DVD to play on their computers.

Anyone who has any further questions can ring me at the clinic.

Erina Heights Veterinary Hospital(NSW)

In planning our new hospital, we engaged Jason for the preparation of the installation and in purchasing of computer software. His advise meant the process was completed without a worry. The installation itself was faultless and backup service exemplary.

Frankly the system is smooth to use; the product exudes a “WOW” factor to clients; and it makes the process of performing radiography enjoyable which was not the case with our previous film setup.

Caringbah Spinal Care(NSW)

I first met the team from ATX at a trade display at an industry conference in 2009 and boy I am glad that I did!

At the time I was struggling trying to make sense of the mountains of information regarding upgrading my “wet” x-ray imaging setup up at my chiropractic practice to a modern & cutting edge “digital” system.

These guys made what could have been a difficult transition a seamless & stress free process.

From the outset ATX always gave me several solid options to consider & we eventually decided upon investing in a iDR Longbone system manufactured by iCRco. This is an absolutely beautiful piece of technology offering us the versatility of “point & shoot” full spine imaging together with standard regional.

Since this was the first unit of it’s type to be installed in Australia, ATX held my hand every step of the way to make sure the installation was executed perfectly. Jason Anderson from the ATX team was an absolute pleasure to deal with; keeping me informed constantly from the initial order placement all the way through to the precision installation & commissioning of the equipment. He has also been incredibly supportive and tireless in guiding & training us in”best practice” procedures & even arranged for their company radiographer to conduct a one on one personal training for our team.

As the director and principle doctor of a boutique chiropractic clinic I am what could be referred to as a very fussy customer. Through ATX’s delivery on their promise of  “100% satisfaction” I have subsequently fostered a terrific relationship & sincerely believe hat ATX & particularly Jason Anderson place their customer’s in the highest regard, deliver what they promise & easily overcome the few inevitable & expected teething problems of an installation in a “no fuss - no stress” manner.

I would unconditionally recommend that anyone considering state of the art digital imaging to contact this company immediately. Simply stated; ATX cares for it’s clients just as much as I care for mine.... And that says a lot about their business.

Back to Basics Chiropractic(NSW)

We have used ATX Medical Solutions for x-ray equipment at both of our practices. We initially had an x-ray system and CR machine installed at one of our practice’s and with the excellent installation and after market care, there was no other choice for us when looking for our second system.

After a few hiccups with installation of the second system the at ATX where very attentive and professional in the resolution of the installation.

I can confidently recommend anyone looking at an x-ray machine to speak to the professional team at ATX, where I am sure you will have as much success as we have.
